Booking Policy

Thank You for Considering Hampi Village Resort

Before finalize your reservation, please review the following sales conditions and policies related to your booking:

Rooms Reservation

  • Tariffs & Taxes:
    • All room tariffs are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes.
    • Indian GST rates:
      • 12% for room tariffs up to ₹7,500 per night.
      • 18% for room tariffs exceeding ₹7,500 per night.
    • GST must be paid at the hotel during checkout.
  • Check-In & Check-Out:
    • Check-in: From 1:00 PM (13:00 hours).
    • Check-out: Until 10:30 AM (10:30 hours).
    • Early check-in is subject to availability. To guarantee early check-in, the reservation must start from the previous night.
  • Extra Person/Bed Policy:
    • Additional person/bed: ₹800 per night.
    • Children aged 10 years and older are considered adults.
    • Children below 10 years sharing with adults stay complimentary with existing bedding.
  • Payment Options:
    • We accept payments via various Indian net banking channels and the secure online AirPay channel.
  • Pricing Variations:
    • Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.
    • Discounted rates may be available during the low season.
    • Peak season rates may include a surcharge.

Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Rate:

  • The full amount paid during booking is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Standard Rate:

  • A 50% cancellation charge will be applied if the booking is canceled within 5 days of check-in.
  • For cancellations made more than 5 days before check-in, the paid deposit will be refunded within 14 working days through the same payment method used during booking.

No-Show Policy:

  • The full booking amount will be charged in case of a no-show. Guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 AM the day after the scheduled arrival date, after which they will be treated as no-shows.

Date Changes:

To change booking dates, the current reservation must be canceled, and a new reservation will be subject to availability.

Terms & Conditions

  • Identification Requirements:
    • Foreign Guests: A valid passport and travel visa are required.
    • Indian Guests: Accepted IDs include Passport, valid Driving License, Voter ID, or Aadhaar Card. PAN Card is not accepted as per government regulations.
  • Hotel Right of Admission:
    • The hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation if incorrect or incomplete information is provided during the reservation process.
  • Minors:
    • Guests under 18 years cannot make a reservation or stay without a legal guardian.

Privacy Policy

  • Confidentiality:
    • Your personal information, including name, date of birth, address, marital status, phone number, and payment details, will remain private and confidential.
  • Usage of Information:
    • Your data will only be used for the intended business with you or disclosed as required by law.
  • Data Assurance:
    • Hampi Village Resort ensures that your personal information is handled securely and not shared with third parties unless legally obligated.
