We stayed for 2 nights in their AC cottage. The experience was amazing ...feels like a stay right in midst of vast beautiful rice fields..cafe ambience is good and food is good in taste. Service of the staff is excellent, Akash especially takes excellent care of the guest needs. Rooms are quite spacious and bathrooms clean with hot water available. Facilities wise it's quite good for the reasonable price. It's a bit far for from Hampi but located at Anegundi village from where Anjanadri hill , Sugriva's cave and Durga temple are nearby. Also the highlight is its very close to sanapur reservoir a beautiful lake where we can do coracle rides. Hampi sight seeing places are about 40 mins away which is fine.. the stay in this place made us want to come back again to this beautiful place.

The cottage stay was decent but could have been better. The location was nice and peaceful, and the staff were polite. However, the maintenance and cleanliness could use some improvement. A few basic amenities were missing or not working properly. Overall, it was an average experience — okay for a short stay, but there’s room for improvement.

To be honest: one of the best stays in India.
The guy working there, Love, was the most helpful, friendliest and attentive staff you can imagine. He sorted all of our issues approaching us with solutions and speaks english well. The attentiveness and helpfulness of Aakaash have been equally amazing. They organise also the best auto drivers in town to take you around.
The rooms are super clean, wifi is strong, shower works well.
Food in the tutti cafe is great. They have a proper coffee machine. Just a great place to chill, have food and drinks in the evening play card games (the lovely staff might join if you ask) and chat with friends.

It was a great experience at this place. Rooms and location were absolutely perfect. Staff was courteous and helpful. Only thing that needs improvement is restaurant. Restaurant service was too slow and menu is very limited. It they improve restaurant service I'm sure it's 5/5 place

Recently I have stayed in this resort with my family .This resort is well designed and built. Recommended place for tourist looking for good cafe, nature ,comfort, luxury holiday space. They have an option for Budget stay. Highly recommended place for short stays around Hampi. This place is remote, phone network shortage.

We had an absolutely pleasant stay here! The view was breathtaking, and the location was perfect - nestled right next to the serene Slapura Lake and surrounded by lush greenery that made us feel like we were in the middle of a forest.
The rooms were impeccably clean, and the food was amazing - with top-notch hygiene standards. The cafe ambience was stunning, with a funky, calm vibe reminiscent of Goa.
But what truly made our stay special was the exceptional staff. When my niece fell ill with a fever in the middle of the night, they went above and beyond to help us get the medicine she needed.

Very Nice and simple place. The rooms are clean and quiet. Just missing some furnitures maybe, but the bed is very comfortable. Large menu in the restaurant and the food is really good and super fresh. Very efficient and Nice staff.

Excellent hotel, outstanding hospitality & polite staff. They have maintained cleanness perfectly. Surrounded by mango trees, jackfruit trees, paddy fields & rocky hills. That simply adds an icing on the cake. All staff are friendly & very helpful. Mr Raj is simply too good. A pleasing personality. He always carry a beautiful smile on his face & talks with all guest in a humble way. May God bless him.

Great experience staying at Hampi Resort. Great view It is surrounded by mountain and paddy farms ..the staff were welcoming polite and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed delicious food here. They provided a complementary breakfast which was very good.

Hampi Village was an absolute delight! Beautiful cottages nestled between mango trees and chirping of birds. From check in to check out, everything was perfect.
Tutti Cafe - Their cafe is an icing on the cake. They serve such delectable food, it made my Hampi stay complete. I kept coming back for my meals at Tutti. Their staff are pretty helpful and friendly, what more can one ask for…. A must visit place!

Rami James is the best host, besides making sure our stay was perfect he also helped us plan our itenary around Hampi in a better way by suggesting best places to visit. I definitely recommend this stay if you want a serene place that gives you Goa like vibes while you stay close to the nature.

This place is incredible. A great laid back, relaxed vibe, the rooms are nice and clean, the restaurant is beautiful and has a super chill atmosphere. The staff are amazing and willing to help you with anything. The food took me by surprise to be honest - much better than I expected.

Reasonably priced, a very comfortable stay with helpful and prompt staff. Clean cottages and the cafe has a really great vibe. The food served however had some hits and misses. That apart, no complaints, would definitely recommend.

Needed a pet friendly place and this was one of the few options available. Wasn’t sure about it till we got there. The location is 45mins away from the main town of Hampi in a quiet, green area by the river which is a ten min walk. The rooms are basic but clean, the mattress is firm, the toilets are modern and equipped, and the resort itself is full of mango trees. There is plenty of parking. The true appeal of this place is the Tutti cafe with excellent coffee, snacks and food through the day. The service is personalised and helpful.
We had a delightful stay and my dog had a free run of the place and was in the best of spirits.

We stayed here for two days, I would say one of the best place to stay in North Hampi. Far away from city life, also a weekend gateway with family. The cafe provides superb quality food from morning to night.

We stayed there for two nights, The staff was friendly, efficient. The food at the resort cafe was absolutely delicious! Every meal we had was bursting with flavor and the variety was impressive. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The resort is full of mango trees and greenery. Overall, a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this resort!

The cafe is a good place to chill with friends and family. Variety of veg and non veg options. Do try the Pita Himus platter. The unique way of Japanese to way of sitting of the cafe gives and another level of experience.
The rooms are of cottages type where on the top you will see the bamboo and sloped dried tree leaves style cottages. The inside of the room is quite modern compared to the outside old looking style.
There is plenty of car parking. It will be good if you bring two wheelers to this place. Because approach road to this cafe is very complicated and not safe. Avoid traveling at night make sure you travel after sunrise or before sunset.

We stayed there for three nights. In short, we had a perfect experience. The place is completely new (opened a few days ago), built and designed by the owner of the hotel (which I will also detail shortly) in an outstandingly beautiful way. The place is smartly built and well organized. The room is large, well lit, clean, smells good and well equipped. The bed is comfortable and luxurious and so are the toilets and the shower. There was a fan in the room and it was enough for us, but it is possible that in warmer periods it might be a bit borderline.
The owner of the place is a professional person above his level. He built, designed and thought of everything in the hotel. Helped us above and beyond in everything we asked for, was friendly, kind and nice.
